Years of Excellence
Plaza Bar was born from a simple conviction: that exceptional drinks and genuine hospitality belong at the heart of any community. Nestled along North Church Street, we've become Burlington's destination for those who appreciate the finer details — from our hand-stirred Old Fashioned to the warm glow of our candlelit dining room.
Whether you're gathering for a business dinner, celebrating a milestone, or simply unwinding after a long week, our space is designed to make every occasion feel special. Every detail has been considered so you can relax and enjoy.
Our mixologists create each drink with precision and care, using premium spirits and fresh, seasonal ingredients. From classic recipes to original signatures, every cocktail tells a story.
Our kitchen crafts seasonal dishes that pair perfectly with our drink program. Locally sourced ingredients meet sophisticated technique in every plate we serve.
From intimate gatherings to corporate celebrations, our private dining spaces offer the perfect backdrop. We handle every detail so you can focus on what matters most.
Our sommelier-curated wine list features exceptional selections from around the world. Whether you prefer bold reds or crisp whites, we have the perfect bottle for your meal.
Rich materials, soft lighting, and thoughtful design create an atmosphere that's both elegant and inviting. Every corner of Plaza Bar has been crafted for your comfort.
Enjoy curated live performances on select evenings. From jazz trios to acoustic sets, our entertainment adds the perfect rhythm to your evening out.
"Plaza Bar has become our go-to for every special occasion. The cocktails are exceptional, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the service makes you feel truly welcomed. It's the kind of place that makes Burlington proud."
